This was the second time we stayed here and again the service was outstanding! The apartments are always clean and frontdesk people really helpful and nice. Because you rent an apartment, you feel like living in Madrid, making your own coffee and possibly dinner. The apartments are located in the very heart of Madrid, the main metro-station (Sol) is at walking distance. Location really central and nice neighborhood. Lost of restaurants, bars and shops close to the appartement. Close to many site as Prado, El Retiro park, San Miguel market ... The apartment was very clean with the cook utensil, towel. Staff was very welcoming and attentive.

Location was fantastic, close to bars, restaurants, shops etc. Madrid is a fantastic city. Room was sufficient, bed was too small and the sofa uncomfortable but we wern't there to use the room facilities that much. It was clean and tidy on arrival but you get no houskeeping visits whilst there. Bring yourself a washing up cloth and tea towel as none are provided. We stayed in the studios located at the back of the building for 4 nights. The location is perfect. the building is beautifully renovated. The rooms are spacious. The receptionists speak very good English and helpful. Location, apartment itself, kind personnel. Location. Exterior apartments can be somewhat noisy as the apartments are situated in the centre of Madrid. There were no sun blind... So really difficult to sleep late. A bit noisy because of public works Decoration a bit old. Perhaps the beds were a little bit short (1.90m) but that didn't bother us. The glass window design for the shower room meant that the sun came in through the window very early in the morning and woke us up. There were no curtains up at any windows. This is a negative and should be changed. The position of the TV means that you cannot watch it from the bedroom. Another negative. Can be a bit tough driving around to look for the hotel due to the one-way streets and lack of a large sign at the door. Our apartment faced the small street where the hotel and a couple of resturants and a bar are located. Between the acoustics of the little cobblestone street, older full length windows and rowdy people at the businesses across the street the noise at night was unbelievable! The chemical toilet in the room was a drawback. Sewer gas every time you flushed and had to place all used toilet paper in the trash can as it was not to go in toilet. It would have been nice to have tea towel, dish cloth, brush for sweeping! Otherwise great. not enough soap, toilet paper. Electric toilet. Thought were getting an outside window as per our reservation. couldnt flush paper noisy. front apts too noisy, we couldn't sleep. The apartment is to noisy, and most of young people which is don't know about the silence. I read a previous report about noisy groups using the appartments. Understandably if youngsters can save by sharing rooms that's what they will do, two lots of quite noisy groups over our weekend and I would advise older couples and those with children to think twice, unless you like that sort of thing !. The bathroom is very small, especially there is plenty space in the studio to accommodate a bigger size of bathroom. The bed had only bedspreads no comforter or blanket. We were very cold at the first night. They did give us 2 more blankets next day after we requested. I personally prefer comforter than blanket. There is a lot of noise on streetside apartments (eg. 11) until 6 o'clock in the morning. Like most apartment hotels with no front desk after hours security can be an issue. I arrived back at 8:00pm to find the street door wedged open and the first floor reception door ajar. The bathroom style lock on my suite door is an easy pick for burglars. Missing black out in the window the shower box was ridiculous small.
