All extra charges must be paid in advance. The property manager will contact you with details after booking. Check-in hours are between 16:00 and 18:00. Check-in outside these times, or on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays, carries a surcharge of EUR 30. Once a booking has been made, the property manager will contact the guest directly to provide the address and key collection details. Please note that from 15 June to 30 September air conditioning carries a mandatory surcharge of EUR 10 per day. Please note that from 15 October to 23 April heating carries a mandatory surcharge of EUR 10 per day. Please inform Dama in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A security deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
