Only 4 floors up, pool area very good not crowded with sun on pool until late.Lift worked. friendly staff. had to ask for clean bedding and towels, had to pay for toilet rolls. Dogs allowed and continuous barking within the complex overnight. room not clean not knowing reception isclosed between 2pm and4pm hen i left on sunday at 930am reception and bar closedso hadto leavekey in room door.
