Worth going to for the amazing breakfast selection alone. - The staff was very friendly and helpful. Absolutely perfect location if you want to do sigh seeings. Close to variouse restaurants and pub.

  Back from a 3 night stay. Lovely Hoel. Very friendly, helpful staff. Our room was on 2nd floor but were told on checking in that they would move us to a higher floor the next day if we found the room noisy. We were overlooking the Gran Via but we didn't need to move. Also a fully stocked fridge with very reasonable prices. - The staff where very helpful and pleasant and the room was very quiet. We loved the kitchenette which was ideal if we chose to cook & eat in. The location on Gran Via was excellent i.e. close to shops, tourist attractions and Metro which was easy to & from airport. I enjoyed every day in this hotel & would use this hotel on another visit to Madrid. Highly recommended.

  It was my first experience to stay in a hostel. And I was not disappointed. The room windows were faced inside that is why it was quietly. The room was small, but it was very clean. Holiday inn Express without the frills yet still a personal touch. Right downtown. 1 block or so from Gran Via subway (metro station stop. Safe. 24 hr desk. 3 levels of security; building, hotel, then your room. Maid rearranged room for us after first night to better suit our needs(2 twins beds to a pseudo-double) and tidied our sloppy shoes. Ultra clean. Like spotless. Pressed sheets. I found this property with a price filter but will make a bee line there next time.

The staff was friendl - The location was ideal, just 2 minute walk from Plaza Mayor and the city centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Although it is a 3 star hotel and very small it is not short of all the amenities you would expect in a 4/5 star hotel. The restaurant has an excellent atmosphere and good quality food. The breakfast the hotel offered is the best I've ever had (even compared to 5 star hotels). If you can afford to stay at any of the attic rooms, I strongly recommend it...wow!!!
