We booked this hotel for one night on our travel North to catch the ferry back to England. Unfortunately, our ferry was cancelled twice and we missed our allocated time slot for changing the hotel booking but when we phoned the receptionist it "not a problem" to change to another night, in fact Mariano was very helpful. The room had a lovely view of the garden and the alcazar (we did ask for a view after reading the reviews) and was very clean, crisp sheets, good shower. We will recommend this

I thought the room was elegant and the location excellent. We were overlooking the plaza and cathedral. It exceeded our expectations. - The location - right on the plaza. The price - can't be beaten. The staff - friendly and helpful.

It had an amazing view of the aqueduct and was right across from the bus stop for #11 the one that brings you too and from the train station. Only a 7 minute walk to plaza mayor, and a beautiful shop filled walk at that. Wifi was only available in the lobby, although we could sometimes get it in our first floor room. -
