The staff are very friendly and willing to help, wherever required. The rooms are well appointed, extremely comfortable and clean.   We were 3 people in an appartment with 2 rooms. There was plenty of space. Everything was excellent. Location is good, 3 min walk to a big metro and bus node (Placa Espanya) - All as a small hotel should be plus excellant staff and management. Very helpfull. Highly recommended

Pass is good for the day. - This hotel is in a fantastic location, just a few minutes walk from the harbour and Las Rambles. We upgraded to a superior room and it had a huge bed with enough space and also a balcony / patio, we also got spa access included for upgrading. The staff were very helpful and you can help yourself to coffees and pastries in the afternoon free of charge which is a nice little extra. We will definitely be visiting this hotel again as it was great.
