  I Enjoy Running. It is close to a lot of long distance running. The Metro is close by and it takes 5 mins to the Center of town. There is a shuttle to and from the Airport at a cost of 5 Euros. - The location is great. Near to plaza Colon, to the metro, fine restaurants, shops and the glamorous "bairro Salamanca". I will definitely consider staying there again on a subsequent trip to Madrid and will look first at their other hotels in other cities. - A place I find a solace, specially in the attic rooms on the 5th floor.   Everything was top class, location, comfort, facilities, staff. Only discomfort would be smoking allowed in hotel bar, and indeed most of the restaurants/bars are still smoking zones. - Good central location, but at the same time very quiet. Comfortable room, helpful staff.
