Кімната була чудовою, вікно виходило у двір тому шуму не було, чисто в номері та у ванній кімнаті тільки не достатньо розеток - на кімнату всього одна. Staff was very attentive when we discovered after departing to Barcelona
we had left something in the room safe. They worked seamlessly to get it
to us by courier & everything including passports were delivered!
The breakfast was extensive in the Sunday morning we ate it. The pool
was a wonderful way to spend some time relaxing after a day of travel. A
very comfortable room & luxurious bath. Again, we thank the staff
for their conscientious help in securing our left items.

The staff and the location. - I was in an annexe of the hotel, just around the corner from the mainbuilding. As such, it was very quiet and private. The staff wereextremely helpful and welcoming. Also, the location of this hotel issecond to none, very close to the Plaza del Pilar.

The only problem we encountered was marked difficulty getting to the hotel by car. We drove around for almost two hours until a couple got in the car and using the GPS on their phone, found a route.
