They had a washing machine available for use and a roof terrace to dry clothes. The location is absolutely excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. The day staff had good English.

It's a fairly good hotel. It should be rated more than 1 star. I've stayed in 3 stars hotels which could be considered worse than Puerta Carmona. The location is excellent: near coach and train station and also to the historical city centre. I arrived very early and could check in at 6 am!

The location is great, relaly close to the bus station and the city centre. the staff is welcoming. they help a lot when you ask a question. It is clean and cosy, reflects a real Parisian style. I think the money you pay is really worth it. Really cheap, it's like a boutique hotel and we liked the apples provided in the corridors. -
