Clean rooms. Kitchen has microwave, fridge and cooker. The courtyard was very nice with lots of greenery. There is a car park which is in the basement of the apartment and so convenient. The spacious modern fit out is stylish, the local neighbourhood is friendly and welcoming - not too busy, so peaceful and quiet. Very handy 10 minute walk to main shopping streets, and pleasant 30 minute ramble to river or Barrio areas. The Mushroom is a great attraction with excellent food market to enable easy self catering. The Apartment team member Christina was super helpful
