  Location is great, near Urgell metro station. Staff is great too, very kind owner and his assistent, they helped us a lot with advice and ideas for evening activities in Barcelona, and talked a lot with us which was great for improving our spanish.   I felt very comfortable during my two days at Julian's. I just needed a bed and a shower so I booked the single room. Small but nice. Everything was new and clean. The metro station is right outside the door so you can get very quickly to the city center.
