  New, very clean, well and tastefully furnished apartment. Absolutely loving every moment I was staying in the apartment. Close to the famous Sagrada Familia (1 metro stop, although also accessible by walking), definitely worth the money.

That said, one should never let their guard down wherever they are and however safe the area seems. The place was wonderfull, it was far from La Rambla and the beach but very close to the Sagrada Familia and more locals than tourists could be seen in this area.
