  We stayed here for my husbands birthday the staff were very helpful and the rooms were clean the location was so good very close to railway from airport. We were not expecting this hostel to be so good.   We loved our stay at this Hotel Palace! Perfect, professional and very polite and helping staff. We had a wonderful room with a balcony and good view (standard). It was perfect, spotlessly clean, light, not noisy. They cleaned the room several times a day.   We were a family of 4 persons, in a 6 persons appartment. That was very good because there were to seperate bedrooms and bathrooms. The whole appartment was very new and looked very very nice. Be aware that you have to email Izaka about your arriving time at the appartment. Otherwise you can't get in, there is no reception. If you have - Location was excellent, two minutes from Diagonal station. Apartment clean, quiet, well equipped and the staff helpful. We were able to leave our bags earlier than the check in time for a €5 fee which meant we could sightsee without luggage. A problem opening the safe on departure day was dealt with efficiently and quickly by the staff.

On last night my parents came in for one night and Silvia was grac - Friendly and helpful staff provided recommendations of local sites. Large bright apartment with a views of the Pedrera was ideal. The unit was clean and freshly updated with the option of maid service for just €16 per day. The apartment provides over twice the space of a standard hotel and is equipped with comfortable beds. Located by the Rodeo Drive of Barcelona, there is great access to high end shops and the metro station is right around the corner. All in all a great stay.
