  AB Viladomat is a nice hotel, defintely 3 stars, very large rooms, nice staff that also speaks other languages than only Spanish. The hotel is located at a 5 minute walk to the nearest metro station (Urguell - 2 stops to Place Catalunya) and a 20 minute walk to the bars in the surroundings of Diagonal.   The hotel was very clean. Rooms were bigger than I had expected and they did have air conditioning. Bathroom had large bath with shower. Towels and bedsheets were changed daily.
