  The location was excellent. They had a area for free beverages that included Red Bull, which are about $3 in Florida where I live. They gave a lot of resources( maps, directions, etc) for getting around town and making the most of your stay. Spoke good English and let us check in two hours early. Very modern and posh decor. It was also on the side street, and our room was not facing the street, so it was quiet. We had a 8months old baby, so we were worried about the street noise. The room was clean and modern and big enough to even have a cot inside the room. There is free 24h coffee and water, which was excellent.

  The size of the single beds were brilliant. My friend and I shared a room for econemy reasons, so to find 3/4 beds made our stay more comfortable - convenient, modern, clean and had huge rooms. Very friendly staff

Pass is good for the day. - This hotel is in a fantastic location, just a few minutes walk from the harbour and Las Rambles. We upgraded to a superior room and it had a huge bed with enough space and also a balcony / patio, we also got spa access included for upgrading. The staff were very helpful and you can help yourself to coffees and pastries in the afternoon free of charge which is a nice little extra. We will definitely be visiting this hotel again as it was great.

  We only had one night in this hotel and then moved to a 5 star in the Port Olympic area. The location of the Colonial hotel was fantastic. Across the street is a fantastic local area full of interesting resteraunts and bars.   The location was perfect, the staff are courteous, polite and helpful. I loved the rooms, they are big and clean. Also, I asked the reception about local places to go and hang out and listen to good music, and they were more than willing to show me where to go.
