  We were delighted with this hotel. It was right in the heart of Las Rambles. As we arrived from a Cruise, we checked in at 10am and a room was assigned to us right away. The staff were really friendly and helpful,our double room was spotlessly clean and comfortable, with en suite including wall hair dryer and the option to have towels changed daily or to re-use. Breakfast was fine but the coffee was machine coffee, however the dining area leads on to the public restaurant/c - The location was wonderful. Had very close access to everything we wanted to do and see. You could have an inexpensive quick meal or sit down for a more elegant dining experience and all within a two minute walk. The staff was wonderfully helpful and competent. Santiago was a tremendous help to me when I was have some trouble with my airline. Everything is easily within walking distance. All in all it was a great location. We did have a room that did not face the street so we slept comfortably

Pass is good for the day. - This hotel is in a fantastic location, just a few minutes walk from the harbour and Las Rambles. We upgraded to a superior room and it had a huge bed with enough space and also a balcony / patio, we also got spa access included for upgrading. The staff were very helpful and you can help yourself to coffees and pastries in the afternoon free of charge which is a nice little extra. We will definitely be visiting this hotel again as it was great.
