  The place was more like borrowing a friend's apartment than staying in a hostel. It was very conveniently located, being close enough to the main tourist area that you could easily walk there but far enough away to not cost the earth. It was also very close to Gaudi's Park Güell. The owner Silvia was lovely and very helpful and welco - Great location in Gracia, a bit away from the very touristy areas (like La Rambla), but well-connected with metro and buses. Clean throughout and a lovely terrace, and as we visited in the off-season it felt like we had a whole apartment to ourselves, as it was very quiet.

It's an excellent place to stay - can't recommend it enough - quiet, clean and comfortable, wi - It's a great, nice and cozy, place :) The owners are open and friendly and they keep the place clean. We had a great time watching the celebration of the lights at Horta streets, from the roof-top terrace. We also liked the fact that the hostel was peacefull and quiet althought it was fully booked. A big plus is the well equiped kitchen and good acces to wi-fi. The hostel is close to metro station and there are few shops nearby - but it may be hard to buy something during siesta or on Sunday.

  I would like to stress out how Tina and Jose have been nice, helpful and welcoming. If you want luxury and 5 stars hotel feeling: well: book one and pay the price for it but do not moan about this little B&B that is clean enough, convenient enough, run by nice people and cheap!!! Again, if you want luxury: pay the price tag that goes with it or enjoy this bugdet hotel where you will get all you need, even a bit of a/c whic - Hosts were lovely! Tina was very helpful. Provided us straight away with bus information a map and suggestions for places to visit. Room was big with a table and fridge. Breakfast was self serve with plenty to choose from. Excellent location for Gaudi tours and Guell Park. Everything we did was in walking distance. Easy to get train to airport from this spot too. Tina also provided a cheap laundry service which made things so easy! Beds were firm which was fine for us but may bother others.

  This hostal is a converted apartment covering the first floor of the building.It has managed to retain many of the original features and character.   Staff were friendly and spoke English fluently. The room and facilities were very clean. We didn't think the room was small at all - we could fit both our large suitcases in without any troubles. The hostal is also conveniently located in the heart of Barcelona. Passeig de Gracia is within walking distance and Casa Mila is just two blocks away! There are plenty of decent restaurants around the area as well as a laundry service two blocks down f - The location of Hostal Boutique Khronos was excellent, 10 mins walk from the main square where buses to and from airport were situated. Bus Turistic city tour buses also leave from here. We were also only 15 mins walk from The Ramblas, the main tourist shopping street. Khronos was basic but very clean & the staff were very friendly & helpful. We have a family of four (two teens) and had a terrible time finding a hotel or anything with appropriate bedding arrangements.   The apartment was lovely. Nice little balconies overlooking a park. Plenty of space. We were very happy to have the kitchen facilities, and the price was the same as a regular hotel. The location was wonderful, just a couple of blocks north of the University.
