The host was really nice and the room was clean. I arrived very late out of their check-in time. However, the host said it did not matter and helped me a lot. There was a bar just downstairs where you could enjoy typical Catalonia breakfast! Finally, Girona is an awesome place to visit with hospitable people and fabulous view. -

We had a great time, on staff reccomendations we took public transport services, buses and trains easily, visiting Barcelona and Girona. Hotel Europa is a very nice, budget hotel in Girona. It is a couple of blocks from the train station, and within 15 minutes walking distance of the major tourist destinations in Girona. The thing I liked best about Hotel Europa was the gentlemen at the desk. They were very helpful with a rental car issue I had. I would have been lost without their help.
