It is a good location, a few minutes walk from one Plaza Catalunya Metro Station, and Paza Catalunya itself. This leads to a great pedestrian walkway into a very historic area of the city and lots of great places to eat, shop and look at! The staff were very helpful, looking up the time for my return bus to Girona airport using my flight details! -

The room was small (perfect for a young couple) but everything seemed new and very clean. We had a small balcony off our room which was lovely and let lots of sunlight in. Staff were very helpful. It is certainly a quirky hotel with regard to its entrance and decor. The all day buffet is excellent and includes hot and cold snacks/meals aswell as wine, beer and soft drinks included in the room price. Location of the hotel is excellent. Close to a metro station and in the middle of Las Ramblas and El Borne. In winter, el borne is a better place to be close rather than since la rambla. The staff has made really nice improvements and facilities in the hotel, that's nice. But some of the stuff like towels and sheets are really too old.
