  Staff very nice and helpful.I would say the nicest hotel staff I've ever come across to.Reception and rooms very nicely decorated.Internet access in each floor.Very conveniently situated;closest metro station is Urgel (5min) and a bus stop is right outside the hotel.Only a few min away from Placa Catalunya by bus.Bus A1 to the airport stops only a ... 别人怎么说 » few blocks away from the hotel.I definetely recommend it - The staff specially the female reception at day time and the male reception (that is the white male gentleman in black suit,sorry I did not get their names) were very very helpful. Pass is good for the day. - This hotel is in a fantastic location, just a few minutes walk from the harbour and Las Rambles. We upgraded to a superior room and it had a huge bed with enough space and also a balcony / patio, we also got spa access included for upgrading. The staff were very helpful and you can help yourself to coffees and pastries in the afternoon free of charge which is a nice little extra. We will definitely be visiting this hotel again as it was great.
