Nice lady in the reception, cosy and "personal" touch to the rooms, excellent location - doesn't get any more central, nice roof top terrace. Nice that the allow dogs (free of charge).

The hotel was in an excellent location on the Plaza Mayor. Very close to the monuments, shopping and restaurants. The hotel is about a 30 minute walk from the bus station - very manageable. I had a room that faced the street with a nice balcony - a bit noisy on Friday and Saturday night but that is to be expected. The staff was extremely nice

Beautifully decorated and furnished room, walls throughout the hotel covered with original paintings and tapestries, countless articles of historical interest displayed. It's more like a museum than a hotel. One minute's walk from the historic centre and 5 minutes walk from the car park.
