We arrived at midnight and the lady who greeted us at reception was very friendly - Comfort, warm welcome, very clean and very cute decoration. i appreciated the books available to read, the warm in the room...i was there for a concert so it was the perfect hotel and made my stay and weekend in Madrid PERFECT. 基本上都很满意，服务人员态度都特别好，能流利用英语交流，还帮我们定了去里斯本的车票（因为自己定不了很麻烦），还会介绍你可以去那些地方玩。虽然位于郊区，但是附近有便利的公车和地铁很方便十几分钟就可以到市中心。房间很干净，有空调，晚上也安静。有两个Wifi，信号也很好。
附近吃的东西很多，有糕点店，麦当劳，静吧，商店。 -
离地铁站就两分钟路程.出行还是很方便的。前台那个帅哥态度非常热情.房间很干净.

The location is fantastic, you can walk outside, cross a small road and walk into a market! The metro is 5/10 minutes walk away and there is loads of places to eat. The staff are lovely, carried my bags for me and couldnt help you enough. The price is great for what you get! this was my 3rd stay in this hostel and I spoke to others staying in other hostels paying more and they wernt anywhere near as good!

We spent just one night at the Hostal Macarena, when passing Madrid on our way back from holiday. It's a lovely place in the heart of Madrid (Plaza Mayor is just behind the corner!), surrounded by many bars, restaurants and little stores. The room is quite small, but well equipped and clean. Staff doesn't speak very good English, but is very nice.

Location, location, location! Two steps from the plaza Mayor and many other attractions, located on a little street with animation. Staff is courteous and helpful. They kept our luggage all day so we could walk around freely untill we left to take the train. Room was clean, confortable and big enough. Very good quality for the price. I recommend this hotel wihtout any hesitation.
