The staff is most kind and helpful, speakes English and some other languages (e.g. Polish), you could contact them by phone or e-mail (free Wi-Fi) so the help is "one call away".   Very good accommondation!!! The best of the trip!! Good connection of wifi, good facilities of the kitchen and rooms, nice design of the style and decoration, great location which is 5 mins to metro and 15 mins to the Sagrada Familia. That said, one should never let their guard down wherever they are and however safe the area seems.   We stayed after beong at Benicassim festival so were very tired ! We were helped find the place by phone and were greated in a lovely way . The apartment was everything we wanted and in a great location had everything we needed and was near some lovely restaurants.

  It was a great experience to stay in a house with Sagrada Familia view :) Very good located home with a good decoration and clean rooms. The metro station, bus stops is very close. There was also a furnished kitchen, dining room table, couch and tv. Very comfortable for a family or group of friends. The price was fantastic and internet was included for 1 euro a day. Highly recommend.
