  基本上都很满意，服务人员态度都特别好，能流利用英语交流，还帮我们定了去里斯本的车票（因为自己定不了很麻烦），还会介绍你可以去那些地方玩。虽然位于郊区，但是附近有便利的公车和地铁很方便十几分钟就可以到市中心。房间很干净，有空调，晚上也安静。有两个Wifi，信号也很好。 附近吃的东西很多，有糕点店，麦当劳，静吧，商店。 - 离地铁站就两分钟路程.出行还是很方便的。前台那个帅哥态度非常热情.房间很干净.

  Excellent place to stay, offering fantastic value for money. Very spacious room with comfortable double bed, extra single bed and a large flatscreen TV. The bathroom was ample size with powerful shower, nice toiletries and the very useful touch of disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste (great as we had forgotten these!) We arrived at midnight and the lady who greeted us at reception was very friendly - Comfort, warm welcome, very clean and very cute decoration. i appreciated the books available to read, the warm in the room...i was there for a concert so it was the perfect hotel and made my stay and weekend in Madrid PERFECT. Jason MRAZ was amazing BTW ^_^THANKS SEE YOU NEXT TIME

  El hostal es muy cerca del Palacio, fuimos a ver un concierto y el hostal fue ideal, 5 minutos andando. el personal genial, muy majos. The hostal is really close to the Palacio, ideal if you are going to watch a concert as it's only a short walk. the staff are lovely, very friendly. - Ideal to visit palacio vistalegre . We would stay there again.

  Kept clean every day. The cleaning lady also does the dishes. Close by a metro station and a supermarket. Free Wifi - good location close to metro station and constant wifi connection. The kitchenette was also handy.
