  We liked everything. The staff is wonderful. We had problems with electricity and the staff came imediately to solve it. Thank you guys! Very good position. To the airport you can use train R1 or R4 from metro station Arc de Triumf till the second station called Saints and then the R2 Nord train (not south) till Airport (about 4stations).   Eurostars Grand staff are very friendly and professional. The rooms were fantastic. The best thing was the walk in shower. The food was excellent and the waiters were the best in any hotel we stayed at. They seemed to sense when someone required service. We never had to wait long for anything.
