Great staff, great room, great facilities, everything great.... wow:) Staff were excellent, so ignore the comments in relation to them being rude, we interacted with all the personnel and they were extremely kind and outgoing. This is a lovely hotel, staff are very pleasant and helpful and there are some good restaurants/bars close by. We were worried that the location might be out on a limb, however there is a tram/underground less than 5 mins walk away and you can be in the centre of Valencia within 15 mins for 1.3 euros! A superb breakfast is served on the 3rd floor

Great location right on the beach, offered breakfast not very varied but filling. Room was clean and quite a funky decor, had air conditioning and a very welcome hairdryer. -

Great friendly staff who couldn't do enough for us. They ran around to a different hotel to make sure we had copies of our passports for the Tomatina and did loads of extra stuff (like getting us a corkscrew) that they really didn't have to do. Our Spanish is terrible and the staff didn't speak a lot of English but they made our stay great. -

Location can not be beat. On nice Beach. Room was lean and e erything worked well. Pub downstairs was lively but never had issue with noise in room. -
