  Staff in the reception was very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was really nice and staff allways provided us with a bottle of water before leaving the hotel. The location of the hotel is great, just 5 minutes walk from the Cathedral and Alcazar. The room was spacious and the bathroom was huge. It is strongly recommended. - All in all a fine hotel but nothing extraordinary except very helpful staff. Location was good but very hard to find. Thanks to the review of a previous guest we mentioned the name Plaza Santa Cruz to the taxi driver which we took after we parked our car at a far away and very expensive public parking. Breakfast was so so, not even eggs or fresh juıce.

  This Pension was centrally located and was a great value for our stay in Seville. Despite the fact that the showers are shared, we did not have any problems showering in the morning. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, and street noise was not a problem. The staff was great and provided us a lot of valuable information on the location of the trai... 别人怎么说 » n station (15 minute walk from the Pension), good local restaurants, and sites to see. - Excellent location, walking distance to everything and right around the corner from some cool looking restaurants and bars. It's about a 20min walk from the train station as well. The room was tiny with just a bed, desk and sink, but I didn't need more. The shared bathrooms are very clean and there is a courtyard where you can hang out. Very nice and helpful staff. All in all for the price I don't think you can find better!

  The room was basic, but cosy, and we had a private bathroom with a shower. The hosts were polite and helpful. Generally, everything was ok, but the location of the hostel is its main asset. From our balcony, we could even see a bit of the cathedral!   Not my first tript to the Bienvenido and it will not be my last. It is very central, very clean and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful.   The couple that runs this place is so lovely and helpful. Even though they hardly spoke any English, they really tried to connect with me and my friend in English and even bought us breakfast (churros!) on our last day!!
