He provided information about the hotel and even gave us a contact number should we require anything during the night. The room was clean and the bed comfortable and all we were looking for on an overnight stop after arriving at Santander. The selection for the evening meal was limited and the breakfast was basic but adequate.

  The staff at this hotel can't do enough for you. I am now stayed at this hotel twice and enjoyed the experience on both occasions. Its proximity to the port of Santander is of particular importance to me. My ferry from Portsmouth arrives late enough in the day that I would not want to drive on any great distance and this hotel is ideally situated.... 别人怎么说 » It is a beautiful old building, well loved and well cared for. I would no hesitation in recommending this is an excellent place to stay. The hotel ha - A lovely building, tastefully restored and modernised, a real discovery! So handy for Santander ferry port, yet quiet, very affordable and comfortable. We had a lovely modern room overlooking the palace grounds, with excellent facilities. Sadly it was Chefs night off, so we had to eat locally - not bad but in a very sad area! Breakfast at the hotel was first class on the terrace! All the staff were very friendly and also very much dog-lovers! Value for money is superb - I highly recommend this
