This is a wonderful and charming hotel with extremely helpful and kind staff who do their most to help and give you a warm and friendly welcome and stay. We loved everything about the hotel, the clean room, the very comfortable bed, and also the excellent and very complete breakfast menu with excellent fresh fruit, cereals, bread, toast, coffee, etc. We were delighted to be there and enjoyed everything about our stay.

The staff are very helpful and friendly, the beds are very comfy and the breakfast is nice.The location is central with easy access to the shops, restaurants,cafes and the famous tree! If you are looking for somewhere to stay in Icod then you won't find better than this charming hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, great service. The room was cosy, the beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was spotless. Good wifi access, wholesome breakfast, nice location on a cobbled street in the town centre. Nice little touches (water and chocolate). Almost everything. Wifi is free. staff is very kind (even for a breakfast at 5:30 am for a flight). Room and hotel is very typic. Place is very calm. Rooms are amazing, staff is devoted to the customers, breakfast in the patio unforgettable. very nice location - room was cosy - bedding very good nice breakfast. Wonderfully renovated Canarian style house, excellent breakfast. Friendly,helpful staff:good firm,large beds; Daily water and chocolate in room.Good Wi Fi. Nothing really as it was all very good. The rooms on the street can be a little noisy from the traffic after 7am so request a room overlooking the courtyard which is very quite. Better directions from the free car park to the hotel would be useful. Be aware that not many people speak English in Icod and if only visiting for a few days then avoid the weekends as most shops and restaurants are closed and the streets are empty. Wifi is not accessible in the room, only in the patio. no parking lots has closed in the evening no snacks in the evening. The rooms on the street are a bit noisy from cars passing on the small cobbled street (which is quiet otherwise). If you arrive on Sunday, then you have to call the owner by phone to open the hotel for you. Difficult to find as emblematico name not used on signs.lack of close parking so loading /unloading difficult.no safe,fridge,wardrobe,cupboard in dark bedroom.in bathroom no hooks or shelves. Shower too low and loose.plenty of breakfast but no choice in cereals,yoghurt,bread ham cheese jam fruit or fruit juice. VERY poor value,the least satisfactory of our four stays in Tenerife ; easily the most expensive and most disappointing.
