-Sea view : We stayed on the 5th floor and they had 18 rooms there, though 3 out of 18 were not on the sea side. They do not guarantee a sea view room so if you get one of those three, oh well... -The Gym : Although the gym is a bit out-dated, it is actually a real gym across the road and more than enough machines and stuff for training. Wifi : you can only use wifi at the lobby but it works pretty good and they have very comfy couches there. The location : It is in between Ibiza town and Pla.
所有评语 » Great friendly staff that were very helpful with ordering taxi's / car hire etc. Good location, right on the beach with a few restaurants next to it. Just a 10 minute stroll in to Ibiza Town and 10 minutes the other way to the start of Playa Den Bossa beach. Was very quiet - not the party hotel which was great for us. The staff was very friendly Helpfull, the hotel is right next to the beach. Supermarkets and restaurants are next to the hotel as well. City centre (old town) is 10 minutes walk. Pacha is 9 euros for a taxi ride. The location is excellen and amazing!!! Free wifi in the lobby ;)! Very near to beach and near to the point for Formentero's boat. Quite comfortable. Staff was excellent Location also and facilities outside the hotel could be booked easy in hotel. Fina on the front desk was tremendous, helpful in every respect. Fantastic location Friendly & helpful staff. staff, location, room, sea view. Location of the hotel was good. We really liked the beach in front of the hotel. It was walking distance to most of the popular places. View from balcony was very good hotel was very clean which is always important. Staff were friendly. Location was excellent on to the beach. Location. Breakfast : Unfortunately basic stuff and poor quality. No 100'% juice, no real coffee. But we had read all the reviews about breakfast before and we knew it would not be great anyway so that was fine. Facilities : No fridge, not even a kettle in the room. Though they do have an attached hair dryer. The cleaners did start pretty early (7.30am) scraping the floors above with the beds, I only noticed it on the last morning though so imagine they had a lot checking out and if I could have been bothered to put in my ear plugs it would have been fine. Book a parking spot in advanced if you are in high season. There were a lot of young people and of course they prefer the nightlife. Owing to this you can here a lot of noise on the night. Coffee in the dining room was not near as good as coffee in the lounge. felt the bar area lacked atmosphere. No minibars in the room. also hairdryer was not working properly. You have removed fridge from room and just left an empty cupboard, not good. Hallway on 4th floor glass damage which looks very scruffy/tacky. Your breakfast coffee is cheap and disgusting. Shows no respect for your customers. Hallway lights were broken and not replaced. Single room had a rubbish view. Worst buffet, not clean at all with insects in the bathroom, rude staff ever seen (some are good though), they refused to give me back my breakfast money even after cancelling it. The room doesn't have the initial requirements as in any other hotel, like kettle, Fridge, coffee and tea.
