It's a family run hotel with the friendliest staff - from reception to the wonderful cleaning staff. Best breakfast ever - fresh fruit, bacon and eggs cooked fresh, hams, cheeses etc and a super supply of pastries, bread. Nothing is too much trouble for the charming, smiling owner and his son. Our apartment though not luxurious was spotless. It was cleaned to perfection each morning and fresh towels supplied. Very close to beautiful beaches with clear sparkling water. The area is buzzing .
所有评语 » The pool is wonderful with its spa aspects to it. The staff are very friendly & helpful. There are free washing machines and tumble dryers to use too. It's within 3mins from the beautiful coast of Calella and the Cami-de-Ronda (both directions). Motorbikes (& cyclists) get a locked garage space right outside the hotel reception and you get a garage door key for the duration of the stay. Breakfast was delicious and big. Loved the warm friendly atmosphere at this family run Hotel where nothing seems too much trouble. Xavier in the breakfast room is so accommodating and always with a warm smile. David the manager and the rest of the team deserve the accolades. Our big retriever had a super terrace all to himself so he loved it too!. Excellent hotel. Fine pool,, very good room. Lovely friendly staff and best breakfast I have seen in years. They cook bacon and eggs etc fresh when you order them and have a huge range of other delicious breakfast treats. This is a hotel like hotels used to be. The guest comes first and quality is the keynote. Decent size apartment. Had a 2-bed one, near the pool. Quiet. Good air-con. Great breakfast, clean functional apartment, spacious terasse with a little glimpse of the sea, very kind personnel, good pool area with well-tempered water, good location only a few hundred meters from one of the cosiest waterfronts on the Costa Brava. We loved the location it's ideal. The buffet breakfast in amazing considering it's a threes star property, they provide everything from eggs & bacon to fish & meatballs! Even with a glass of cava! We loved the pool too!. Breakfast is the best I ever had, in any hotel. Staff is very friendly, rooms big and very clean. Pool is just great with very nice water massage. The pool is nice, though they could do a bit more to make it appear nicer (some paint for example). It has really nice hydrotherapy jets. Breakfast buffet is really good. We had an apartment for six and had only one bathroom. We got used to it very quickly as the men could shower on the beach after swim!. The beds we had were slightly uncomfortable but absolutely compensated by the rest of the hotel. Nothing!. There was nothing we did not like. Parking slightly cramped for an estate car, but we managed OK. Horribly uncomfortable sofas. We had to use the pillows from the bed to make them usable. Old-fashioned TV: not flat screen, not digital. Only English channel was CNN. Yes I know it's in Spain, but some international channels, would have been nice. Even just some Spanish music channels or something. Once baby was in bed and we'd cracked open the wine, something to watch would have been nice. The interior with its slightly East German feel and plastic flowers wins no design awards. The equipment in the kitchenette could have been much better. The hotel itself is a little dated but we stayed in an apartment so it didn't bother us. Our bathroom smelt of drains a bit. The hotel is very reasonably priced but the area is expensive in general. They have got new beds and they are too hard. Good if you have a bad back perhaps but not very comfortable!. Décor a little dated, but pleasant. Nothing to dislike great value for money. The air conditioning instructions didn't help to explain how to actually work it. beds were on the hard side. pool area was very clean but needs a revamp. nothing at all. My bed was a little hard. The walk to the beach was a bit of an effort but the hotel was quiet and had its own pool. could have done with A bar in hotel. Too many young children. Weak wi-fi. Mattress on bed was really hard, and had to ask for an extra pillow as only had one to begin with and it was also hard. Noise from upstairs units. We had some maintenance issues. No queen beds. Expensive for what it was compared to apartments elsewhere in the village.
