there were no actual staff that we saw at the apartments Llebieg, we had to go to the hotel Club Cales De Ponet just around the corner for key pick up & could also use their facillities. Staff here were very friendly & helpful. Cleaning of the apartments was done satisfactorily every other day. We were close to shops & the bus stop, buses run regularly into Cuitadella which was only a 15 minute jouney, from here you could get buses to all over the island at a reasonable price. It was great value for money. The apartment was big and had two bedrooms and three terraces. We just moved the terrace chairs around the building with the sun! Easy to park outside in the street.
The garden and swiming pool.
They had 10 bags of liquid soap and shampoo in the bathroom. Would have been better and more eco-friendly to have one of those dispensers on the wall with 2-in-1.
Also, we felt like the doors to the house were a bit fragile and the safe box is not big enough to fit cameras and laptops.
Hot water was extemely hot!.
