The location is just amazing, try and get a room with a balcony and watch the hustle and bustle of this very lively area. amazing lunch deals and top bars and resturants all around For its price. its a great deal. Internet is good and the room cool. OK room. Excellent location, close to rail and to the city-tram, Tranvia, excellent restaurant 30 seconds away. The room was cold on arriving, I called the staff, it was heated in half an hour.

The hotel is in a very good location, in a quiet spot in the centre of Bilbao. Tram stops nearby. Bus to airport is also nearby. - Basic but functional room, clean - Located right in the heart of the old town, but not a long walk from the train station, new city. Might be difficult if you speak no Spanish or Basque at all. - Cramped, aging bathroom. The room could have been a bit warmer - the radiators in the room and the bathroom both worked but were not super-hot. The room temperature was just about OK for us as we don't like a hot room but small children or elderly folk might have struggled. It was a very cold weekend in Bilbao with snow that is practically unheard of though so I can't complain too much. My room is a little bit dark since the window is very small. The shower works badly. Noisy neighbours, no peace. It did get loud at times so if you don't like noise in the evening maybe not the place for you. a little noisy at night. noise at night outside on the street. Not easy to find amongst the one-way and pedestrianised streets. No view, my room was on the back of the building. It was stinking from the smoking people outside (or whereever the smell came from). Not good for healthy nonsmokers. Dirty chair and carpet on the bed. Paperthin walls, you can hear every word of what your neighbor is speaking. - the street where the hotel is located is very noisy, especially during the weekends, so if it`s hot and you are planning to open the windows you may have huuuge problem to sleep -very thin walls, you can hear all people around...I couldn`t sleep until 6am... It was noisy and the entrance is a bit weird. The manager was quite surly The room was a bit noisy but this is to be expected in the old town. Older decor. Room was small. Aged bathroom,(broken mirror, teared curtains). There were no towels. It was very basic. It cost more than it should have for the standard. No extras whatsoever, no shampoo, no soap nothing Once you checked in you saw no one there was no presence at all. It was a room. Bare minimum I would not recommend this hotel at all. Noisy, noisy, noisy! Street sounds were too much. No ascensor.
