the price was very good , very clean and the stuff were great. Comfortable enough in this price class. Nice and professional personnel.Friendly service. Staff was very helpful. Location. This hotel is in an excellent location to walk across the bridge into the city and to visit the Guggenheim Museum. The front desk staff was friendly and willing to offer any kind of assistance.

Excellent location, everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. Staff was very friendly. Restaurant is reasonably good.very helpful desk staff and housekeeper, good location,. accès + situation in town. location very convenient. Nice bathroom very clean. Convenience. General overview, it was a pleasant stay.Good location. Rooms well appointed and comfortable; bathrooms great. No problems at all. Did not try breakfast as way too expensive considering all the good and comparatively reasonable options from cafes/bars nearby in Bilbao.Our children had a twin room which was a lot more spacious than our double room!. The room was clean and location of this hotel is nice. Fair price.Great location. Clean room. Good location in the near center of the city. convenience. it is a little bit far from the train station and the internet is a bit expencive. I could have needed fridge. Nothing. There isn't any carpet so the wood floors creak and feel/sound kind of hollow with some echoing. I have to agree with another person's comment about the toilets...they are so loud when you flush that you can hear the flushing of the rooms around you!. Inner rooms have a very depressing view of an industrial looking courtyard.hotel at low capacity but as a single traveller I was still given tiny room with lousy view. restaurant v poor for dinner and indifferent staff. noise between flour to next. No Fridge or tea making facilities in room- both of which were advertised - also window opened onto unpleasant site. Not a very nice outlook from window - but then we only stayed one night. Breakfast does not include any vegetables. expensive internet. The flushing of the toilet was inexplicably loud and furious, tremendous - I would say. Can you do something about it?. Not great for disabled clients in spite of boasting disabled access etc! The wheelchair ramp was somewhat tricky, but we managed - just.Garage location is a bit complicated. Also it was not easy to walk into the garage. The bar was closed on Sunday night. Noisy hotel. Flushing toilets sounded like an airline passing overhead.Room window was looking out on the court yard with a lot of pipes,. no views (inward facing room). AC only on heating!.
