  The staff are very welcoming and all speak very good English. The rooms are spotless and cleaned every day and have lovely big balconies. Complimentary soap, shampoo and shower gel were provided and refilled throughout our stay. Breakfast was a choice of English or Continental and was all freshly made. We were going to the Benidorm Palace so it was handy location for us. Very good breakfast looking out to the pool not like in some hotels where the breakfast room is in the cellar with no windows.

  I found the staff very good and the hotel whist a little old I thought was excelent value for money - its near shops and the beach etc also the police station close to hand if needed
