The apartments are situated in a good location not far from the main strip and has a lovely view of Benidorm. The apartments were clean, spacious and comfortable with a very large balcony. The kitchen was well equipped including a dishwasher. The marble bathroom very nice and modern. Would not hesitate to recommend the apartments and am hoping to return soon. We stay on 29 floor,fantastic view.And no drunke british mans was near:) Clean apts, spacious,good kitchen stuff. Laundry selfservice in garage for 5 eur. Everything perfect.
所有评语 » we have stayed at your apartments before and we decided to come back as they are very clean comfy and good location this time we were high so could see the sea. i have stayed at the apartments on Various occasions and always enjoy staying there as they are central for all our needs and are clean and spotless. Apartments are large ,beds are comfortable. Location near to shops and bars. However they are quiet at night . Car parking was easy . Pool area was good left to do ur thing and cheap stay I would stay again as I would kno what I'm going to this time. Very comfortable and great facilities. I was with 4 other friends and all agreed this was great accommodation. Apartments are located close by to everything, decor bright and airy and a great size. Good value for money!. Loved the location of the apartments and also the pool and loved how new the apartments were. Location as it was close to everything but peaceful. Very clean. Spacious. Lovely views. The hotel was very clean and the rooms very up to date. I would recommend staying anytime. Apartment is lovely. Good facility's, e.g coffee maker,tv,ac,balcony table and chairs. I liked the value for money and felt it was suitable for groups of friends. Very cleanand modern, quiet, only 5 mins walk to the nightlife of Benidorm. The apartments were clean and spacious and were good value for money. The apartments where very clean and lots of room. Tips for the owners: The area around the apartments is too empty - there is a lot of wasted space and concrete. The pool area needs some attention and some colour ie some flower beds. One of the male receptionists in the evenings was very unhelpful and needs to get a personality. We were on the beginning of season,but city was full of britihs who drink whole day.They make noise,so if such company live near you I think that you'll be unable to sleep. Its not apts problem,but note that it can be.Simple ask highest floor.As I see such companies accomodated on lowest floor :). having to wait 5 days for a change of towels should at least be 3 days. Should have a door on the bedroom, not ideal if the sofa bed was being used . We thought the deposit was a bit high having to collect kettle etc and they weren't clean couldve done with a pool side bar they did have vending machines but r missing out on a fortune havin no icelollies. Also cleaning ur room n check out time r terrible if u have an early flight its touch n go. No real negatives. Towels weren't changed for the five days we were there. Nothing,. Kitchen utensils were dirty. Indoor pool not heated. No oven trays to be able to use oven. Washing machine would have been useful. The only thing missing was a bar. Didn't like the fact we had to give a €200 deposit per room on arrival which we were unaware of. Left us short during the trip. No pool bar and pool side is longish grass and dry clay. Very few sunbeds.need to clean up before you go. No clean towels or toilet paper. Clean towels should be changed every 2 days or the hotel should provide a washing machine/ laundry service so guests can do their own. nothing to not like. One of our party had some items stolen from inside the apartment. We reported this to the reception staff, I do not think they fully understood, their only response was that it wasn't possible. It may have been our fault due to negligently leaving a door unlocked but I felt that they just didn't want to get involved in helping. Need clean towels every other day. paying a deposit of £200 on arrival as no notification of this pre arrival. Having to pay for use of kitchen equipment. Not getting my 10 euro deposit for safe key back. Few 'same sex' parties that were very noisey in the early evening (before they went out) and morning (when they came back). Indoor pool not heated in winter. Nothing. nothing. Nothing really,it does'nt have a bar but that's not really a problem as loads about. No bar or animation at night. The pool ares was a disgrace as was the lifeguard, families pay alot of money to holiday, however this man ruined the holiday by constantly pulling us up fpr things like sun beds eating at the pool although it was a self catering apartment no inflatable for the kids to play and the surrouding areas of the pool had no grass and there were areas caked in mud no i would not go back here . Staff my god the receptionist we are not doing her a favour staying there. I didn't like that we were to pay 200 euro deposit and then to be told as I booked on line they had to take the payment that same day on arrival, I was under the impression that it had been booked and payed for ! Therefor I had no spending money and my holiday was ruined! I had to stay in. Towels weren't chsnged. We stayed there sat till Thursday.
