My boyfriend and I stayed here for 7 nights it was lovely and clean and the view was amzing loved waking up to the sound of the waves. There was everything you needed in the apartments and more if you asked. I forgot to take a hairdryer but one was provided when I called reception I then had it for the whole week. It wasn't that noisy but it was the beginning of june so might be different in August. The pool is also great and very secure, having a key to enter and exit, we never struggled getti.
所有评语 » The location right on the beach was fantastic and close to all the central evening entertainment. Apartments had lovely views and enough facilities to self cater for a week if you wanted to. Beds were very comfortable with patio doors onto the balcony and a lovely big bathroom with plenty of clean towels. We had breakfast at the hotel which was nice but did not have any other meal so cannot comment on food quality. Overall, they are fantastic apartments and we would definitely recommend them . we liked everything about it. the location right on the beach front, everything you need in the kitchen and lovely big bath towels. nice size flat screen telly with many channels in various languages. to change to english just use the remote. pool area was nice too. would definately stay there again. staff were all very helpful at reception. all staff in restaurant were very helpful and frendly nothing was a bother to them and their english was very good and the food was good and plenty of it, piano player in the evening was really nice not too loud just right and relaxing. This apartment is the best we have stayed in for the cost. The room was clean, very comfortable beds. It had heating that we could adjust to suit. It was well equip, even an iron and ironing board (although a bit wobbly) Would definately return to this apartment and recommend. This is my second time at the les dunes it has a great location for bars ,shops ,and its right on the beach the rooms are very clean and spacious ,beds are very comfortable ,for people who like to watch some tv u get some english channels all in all a lovely hotel. The location was good, a little walk and you're in old town. Far enough away to be semi-quiet when you want to stay away from the bustle of the active night-life. By European standards the size of the apartment is good. Perfect...1st visit to celebrate my daughter's 21st.. this to celebrate my mother's 80th!! Perfect location, beachfront and between old and new town. Wonderfully clean and well maintained. Definitely going back!!!. lovely appartment right on promenade overlooking beach, wonderful views, clean, friendly staff and parking everything you would want, swimming pool and exercise equipment in pool area will be going back soon. Les Dunes is the best appt type we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in many.All the staff were very good and if you wanted to cook,we did not there was plenty of utencils.The location is perfect. Large comfortable apartments, well equipped. Large balcony, although the clothes line was broken. Amazing location, right on the seafront with fabulous views, also great for people watching. Location Location fabulous right in the middle of the bay apartments have everything you need, All rooms face the south coffee on the balcony in the morning just to die for. Spotlessly clean and all utensils available. All rooms with sea view and balcony with chairs and table. Staff very friendly and helpful. Secure car parking only €4/day. It was absolutely wonderful, well worth the money clean and comfortable appartments the maid only comes on yuor fourth day but, she leaves plenty of towels to last. Советую!. the location is perfect, just in the middle of best beach - levante beach in Benidorm, and the sea view from the room is also perfect. The location. Had an appartment on the 16th floor. As we only stayed two days we did not use the self catering facilities but there was no oven, only a hob. there's nothing to dislike about this place. No dislikes. No complaints about this hotek. only one set of keys was fine if it wasn't needed to keep the power on in the apartment. There was nothing to Not Like about Les Dunes. Our holiday ended.We would like to have had the use of a courtesy room for late leavers, just to tidy up in,i'm sure most people would be happy to pay a fee for this. Air condition didn,t work, we had single beds. Although the location is amazing, it is right above bars and restaurants which get quite noisy at night. This wouldn't,t normally bother us as we would normally be out late but we came home early a few nights and because the air condition didn,t work we had to leave the windows open. 2 single beds. No apartment has a double bed!!. The only thing that l did not like in the hotel/apartment was the lighting in the bathroom and the bathroom sink, for me far too small causing flooding in the bathroom and at night the lighting was insufficient. Remember it is an apartment, not a hotel so sheets and towels are changed only once every four days. Apartments are spacious but none are specially adapted for wheelchair users. My disabled friends would not be able to stay here because of limited access to bathroom. Pool needs some TLC tiles around the side need to be replaced because their cracked and chipped. There was no hair dryer! Being reminded of check-out time and did we want to pay the night before...err, no we didn´t!. Nothing we disliked. Best place I have stayed at while in Benidorm, will be back in the future. Reception staff were unfriendly. Wifi was great reception in the hallways and exceptionally poor in the apartments. Pool had no pool bar or music. Reception staff didnt seem very interested in us, only in the older guests, even though we were polite and friendly. There is nothing bad about this hotel - Bring on next year. Nothing at all. there was nothing that I didn't like. No hairdryer, which was advertised. Couple of nights/mornings were cool and could have done with heating in apartment. But to be fair we didn't complain so maybe they would have rectified this. nothing to not like. if they could clean the room everyday, it could be better. no english channels on tv. Unhelpful, surly waiter in restaurant. Indifferent food. Would not eat there again. Paper thin walls and ceilings. Hearing other guests vomiting, using the toilet and speaking. Nothing. There for a week out everyday and night but towels only changed once during stay and smoke alarm hanging off in the room & disconnected. Wi Fi Very poor on the 14th floor. Restaurant food rubbish. Nothing. paying for safe , leaving. Being telephoned night before to be reminded of the check-out time. Friends had room on 22nd floor and were dizzy with height. We didn't find any negatives,. nothing. the kitchen is too small & the freezer compartment could be better. Only short stay,no dislikes about hotel. Towels could be changed more than every four days. We would have preferred to be a couple of floors for the fantastic sea view. nothing.
