The staff is most kind and helpful, speakes English and some other languages (e.g. Polish), you could contact them by phone or e-mail (free Wi-Fi) so the help is "one call away".   This apartment was great-really spacious and modern, well equipped kitchen and perfect for our 2 night trip to Barcelona. One double bedroom and one twin with a sofa bed upstairs in the lounge. Plenty of room for a family.   Hotel was not too hard to find by traveling from the airport by public transport, after getting off at La Sagrea train station, I asked for directions to the hotel which locals were happy to point out to me. Got to the hotel about 2 hours before check in and was told by friendly receptionist that the room was ready and we can check in early. Stayed here for one weekend, and it was great! The staff was really helpful ( they helped us get to the main attractions in Barcelona, and offered us all of the information we needed) , the rooms are clean and the hotel is really modern, situated in a very nice neighbourhood and close to metro. Location wise this was perfect, not noisy and convenient for many of the attractions if that is what people require.   As this was our first time staying at an apartment. We didn't know what to expect and what our experience would be like. I have to say that it was more than we expected. From the time we arrived until the end we enjoyed our stay. Helena was waiting for us when we arrived, greeted us, showed us the apartment, it's amenities and gave us a lot of use... 别人怎么说 » ful information. She had maps of the surrounding area of the apartment, maps of the city and the metro map. She gave recommendations on restaurants, b - The apartment is in a nice location with good transport links and not far from some of the shopping centres. Very nice welcome on arrival. very comfortable to relax in pool is an advantage when the weather is good. There are shops close by for daily essentials and a supermarket in the shooping center a 10 minute walk away. Buying the T10 ticket for the transport is very good value and the train station is a very short walk away. We would use this again if availabe for a trip to Barcelona again
