High levelof service
Great location....very pleasant staff who spoke good english.....very stylish,and very clean,great for teenagers,who made good use of laptop in bedroom.Would definately stay again.

Fully glazed (frosted) bathroom door w/o any lock - looks really great, but not very usable.
Getting the use of free internet in your rooms was fantastic. It was also in a good location, a few blocks away from the stop for the airport shuttle bus.
The room was a little hot and very dark with only one very small window. Breakfast was only average.
I loved the position of the hotel as it was 5 minutes walk to lasRamblas
The fact that each morning I was awoken by the cleaners talking outsidemy door was a little annoying; as the walls are paper thin.

The plug fixtures on the wall were falling apart and off the wall, exposing the fixtures. There were no details in the room of how to use the technical facilities it offered and cables were not in the room to use the projector, which I had to request at reception.

service was poor (stuff were fighting among each other in dining room chasing each other) room was not maintained properly (light switch was broken sparking with touch and cover fell off second day but nobody fixed it and just left cables hanging out with cover on floor) cleaning was atrocious (soiled tower left on floor of washroom was re folded and hang as new)
