This hotel is run more like a very nice B and B, but there is someone there 24hours! Located in an older Barcelona apartment building, you take the old-fashioned elevator to the first floor where you enter the hotel door. Rooms are large and ceilings are very high and ornate. Bed was comfortable. The owner and staff were extremely kind and helpful. There is a lovely large patio out back. Breakfast is included and very good. The place makes you feel like you are living in your own Barcelo.
所有评语 » The owner Jurgen is a very friendly and helpful person. Obviously very proud on his new hotel. And he is allowed to. The hotel is small, very clean with relatively large rooms equipped with a good airco. We travelled with our 5 month old baby and we were more then welcome. Jurgen arranged us a little bed for our princess. The breakfast is good between 9 and 11 o’clock. And with the metro 3 just 100 metres away it’s a very good spot for your exploration of Barcelona. We can just recommend this h. Our stay at Mihlton was very nice.The owner was very helpful and a very nice person.He gave us all the information needed.The hotel is clean , has a very big terrase with a nice view from where you can drink your coffee and eat your breakfast.The breakfast has a lot of things and it is very good, especially the croissants with the different type with marmelades:). The location is central and this is extremly important.When returning to Barcelona we will choose this hotel again. Exellent price/quality ratio! Located in downtown in a nice neighbourhood; 1 block away from Gracia Avenue, Casa Mila, and Berceolna Bus Touristic city sightseeing bus stop, 1 min walk to the subway. Historical apartment, comfortable and spacious rooms. The owner is very friendly and concerns about your comfort. Give a listen to his restaurant recommendations, definitely worth it. The breakfast is simple but meets the expectations. Very family environment, great location (1 min from Diagonal subway from which you can reach any direction easily), friendly owner (always gave any suggestions needed and answered any questions). Hotel itself has around 7 rooms, very nice terrace and overall presents itself a historically-looking apartment with interesting design. Rooms are clean & comfortable, equipped with air-conditioner. Everything was great about the hotel. Rooms were realy nice and very clean. Staff was perfect and very helpful. Location of the hotel is perfect to reach city center and main touristic places by walk. The hotel is located near one of the important street (Diagonal). If you prefer, you can take metro easily. They have a good terrace to rest. its a very good hotel,good location,good rooms,very good service...the owner is very enthusiastic. he will tell u some good restaurant if you ask which is really good.he also answered a lot of travel questions from us in patience . the surrounding of this hotel is safe, because of its good location again. A small desk for my laptop would have been nice. You have to carry around 2 big keys. All of these were not a big deal! I would stay here again without hesitation. Our room had no window to the outside world. When we looked out the window we saw a little ugly inner patio. The curtain was a shine through and couldn’t darken the room efficiently. But that is the only complain. His hotel is just perfect. There was nothing to not like. None. We got the room with 3 beds at the front (window giving on the street) and it was quiet noisy during the night (especially because there are some restaurants and bars downstairs). Since there was no climatisation in the room, we couln't even open the window.. , so if I'll go back, I'll ask for a room at the back. Nothing need to complain. We had a small room with air conditioning but we could not open the window. If I stay there again I would specifically discuss what room I wanted with the owner. (Others should also.). The room was in the front so at night is was a bit noisy. Lack of facilities such as pool & gym. Nothing. Breakfast, no air conditioning. Transfer was mentioned but is absent.
