Location was the best right in the gothic area in the Placa San Jaume square. I loved the attic room . Very spacious and the terrace was to die for. Bed was a wee bit hard but not an issue. Plenty of hot water and amenities. They supply you with the basics. No paper products aside from toilet paper. Very comfortable. Definitely will stay here again. My sisters had the 2 bedroom /. 2 bath with windows facing the square. Spacious and clean. 所有 评语 »
The staff is helpful that helps me to find its office although it is
hard to find. Meanwhile, the apartment is absolutely worth the price
that it is big with a large balcony. Strongly recommended!.
The location is really great. The apartment is comfortable especially if you travel with kids.

The only thing I could say is if you are a light sleeper the little noise on the square might bother you. It is not bad but I always travel with a noise machine. If you book at this chain be careful as they will keep some of your deposit if you try to cancel, read fine print.
The parking price is too expensive because it is at the downtown area of
barcelona. It also charges 40 euro for late check in!!!.
The bed was a bit hard.

If you check in late you have to pay a €40 fee.
The bed was uncomfortable, the bedside lamp did not work, Spanish only
tv, one set of keys for the family, you can get locked out on the
rooftop terrace by the sliding door, dog hair on the sofa, dust and old
pretzels behind the sofa, rotten window seal in the bedroom, smelly
bathroom. Overall not a good value for the money.
Street noise at night.Some lights not working & wifi didn't work.
Mold on bathroom ceiling.
Bathroom set up
No hot water for better part of two days.
