The position is excellent . A few of the moans on here seem to be sorted, the wifi code was on the wall, the mattress was memory foam and comfortable, everything you could need really. No english channels so what? I dont see spanish channels in UK hotels ??? Excellent value, an apartment for the price of a hotel room!. I liked the location (old town); if you can - book the third floor - the apartments have the large terrace with nice view on the city and castle; take care about parking place (in case of driving); not luxury but all necessary in place.
所有评语 » Loved the apartments, which was bright, big and cosy. The staff was wonderful aswell. But the absolute best about it was the perfect location! So close to the beach, shopping, restaurants and awesome nightlife!. Good location and perfect size for four people. Staff helped a lot with directions and where to go. Breakfast was included which we did not know so it was a surprise. The apartment is in the Old Town of Alicante, within easy walking distance to the beach and the rest of the city and restaurants. The apartments we clean. Our terrace was fantastic! Excellent value for money. The staff were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. Brilliant location, apartment had everything we needed. Location and the Terrace. Helpfull staff. all excellent. Excellent location, very easy walk to museums, restaurants, market, sea front and Tram [actually a narrow gauge railway] for visiting Benidorm and beyond. And nightclubs!!!!!. Location Price Staff. Near city centre Clean Plenty of space for two people Good oven. The apartment is situated in the "Old Town of Alicante", which is a rather interesting area, and in the heart of Alicante. There is a short walking distance to the beach, and numerous restaurants, shops etc. The location is good and the apartment has a good shower. it is in the barrio and opposite the rather good havanna bar, so noisy till late on a weekend, so if you cant beat them...... The air condition works with timer if you are moving (and during the night it can be problem with fresh air); some of equipment is broken (shower, kitchen's furniture, absence of corkscrew). Wifi information not available. We did call no answered. Bunk bed on second room was too noise, no big deal. The area is very noisey on Thursday, Friday and Saturday night with a number of late night bars and nightclubs. The apartments were really difficult to find when driving to them. Although the gentlemen on reception was extremely helpful. The bed and breakfast is called La Milagrosa but we were given directions to the apartment which neither nor the taxi drivers we used could find! It would make much more sense to direct people to the Milagrosa!. No local informationin apartment - would have been useful as we arrived late. The beds was poor quality. Difficult to reach by car. nothing. Don't expect to sleep Thurs - Sat. Thursday was worse, clubbers out til 4/5 and then the street cleaners came. Go with ear plugs. We joined them one night, never felt threatened they were just noisy! Our room looked out onto derelict buildings and waste ground. Comfort of sleep Cleanliness of the apartment. Hard to find information about cleaning and towel changing Poor light in the bathroom The roofterrace on pictures doesn`t excist/can`t be used Noise from the street at night No equipment to make coffee. The apartment where I stayed was NOT the apartment El Carmen, but another building by a "Plaza". Nobody informed me about this. I eventually found that out myself. There were a lot of noise from the surroudings, and it was hardly possible to sleep. I'll never book this again. It is the most basic apartment i've ever seen. Don't expect any comfort. All the furniture, including the beds, is cheap and of poor quality. We booked a room with a balcony but got a room without a balcony - nothing on the walls. It felt like staying in an empty house with a bed and a couch.
