Very welcoming reception and smooth transfer to bungalow. The accommodation was a very high standard and overlooked the ocean. Very good kitchen and local supermarkets quite reasonably priced. We found the pool a bit cool for the first few days but this was mostly the effect of the wind, it warmed up later. The area was great for my husband who is a bird watcher and he saw quite a lot locally. Very good for walking also, the kids did the crater walk.

We stayed here for 2 weeks Aug-Sep13 with three kids,12/8/2. The hotel is fabulous for families and couples. Staff at this hotel are absolutely fabulous, the hotel is very clean, very relaxing, beautiful apartments with total privacy. Sleeping is really relaxing as it's very quiet.No partying etc. The pools are wonderful, children's pool very nice and warm. Breakfast is to die for and plenty. I can not fault this hotel. We would be going back next year. Shuttle bus good, life guard for the pool

We had seen the apartment block before and knew there was no pool and knew the apartments where very clean but basic. So we were very happy with it.Staff were all so friendly and great to have a brill Bar on site and great staff there as well. Location is great lovely walk along the beach. would stay again.
