  The apartment was clean with more than adequate facilities for a short break. There was an underground secure car park. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. There is a supermarket, restaurant, two bars and a fabulous pizzaria all within a five minute stroll. All in all the perfect place for a short break stay on the outskirts of Santander. - Clean, spacious for 4 persons, well equipped. True, we spnt only 1 night, travelling from by car from Barcelona to Comillas,Santillana del Mar. Underground garage facility included in the price. Easy breakfast, more than nothing, was not expected but got. Very good Spanish restaurant in 300 meters. Very kind and helpful staff.

  When I initially booked my accommodation at this hotel I asked for a double room that had plenty of fresh air, as I suffer if exposed to cigs smoke or various smelly things. To accommodate this request they upgraded us to a 1 bedroom self contained apartment at no extra cost. From the apartment it was a nice walk into the old city and we enjoyed our stroll there.
