The beds were comfy ( we had a double and a pull down), room spacious enough and the shower was great. The breakfast was great- continental and a good selectiof cheese.meats and pastries etc. The staff were helpful and polite and the location was fine-the pensione was central to the Old town. I travelled with my 72 years old mum and my 18 year old daughter, and this met our needs!

We were waiting for a package to be delivered and the hotel staff couldn't do enough to make sure it arrived safely even offered to call the delivery company, without us even asking them for help. Everything! Location was unbeatable and contrary to many old town centres, the taxi could take us right to the door. The staff was helpful, all receptionists were like Concierges: they recommended sites, restaurants. The room had all the latest amenities and comforts but the bonus was beautiful decor in and out of room and wonderful smell everywhere. Will go back!
