  The couple who own it were very welcoming and so nice. I had booked the wrong date (for the day after by mistake) and they sorted us a room very quickly. Close to Bilbao ferry so perfect location for us. Will definitely use again. - Quiet, cheap and near enough to a couple of bars.

  We stayed here for one night and found the staff fabulous. We were emailed once we booked to confirm they had the baby travel cot we needed. They also offered us a baby bath. While there they even shared a couple of toys with our daughter which she loved. The room was comfortable and the washrooms were clean. Location good--two stops on a train fromtermibus where the airport bus takes you--about 5 trains each hour, andreturning to the center is 7 stops to short walk over a bridge to oldtown.
