  The way in which the staff were so helpful, nothing was to much trouble for them. I would like to add that due to a fault with our car we had to cancel our stay on the return journey but on contacting the hotel they were so understanding and the cancelation was accepted with a no fee having to be paid. - WE SLEEP VERY WELL EVERYTHING WAS OK
