Staff is very helpfull and friendly,speaking language english,deutch,spanish,polish.
Hotel is very nice and modern looking.
Rooms are small,but very clean,comfortable,furniture is new,nice and tasty,cable tv.
Braekfast is in the Local restaurant,continental,but good.

Its very close to the mountains and ocean with natural volcano pools.

Olga and Thomas, who run the hotel, couldn't do more to make sure you are ok. Their friendly advise, help with anything (from arranging taxis to scuba diving) made us feel we were actually staying in 4 star hotel.
