The staff were extreme friendly, they did everything to ensure you my stay was comfortable and fantastic. I was opporturned to Jmeet Mr feta, a terrific man, he is. The hotel is a walkable distance to church gate, a a happening business district, it was just like a walk in manhattan. All through pleasurable!. The staff was very friendly,I was assisted in everything I asked for. Excellent value for money.The hotel is clean and the staff efficient. The location is good for shopping etc. I was allowed to check in 6 hours earlier as I arrived early in the morning after a long trip at no extra charge.Thank you !!.
所有评语 » i was accomomdated with my family, the price i paid was reseansble, we receivedgood service from the staff, guys keep it up. it was my second time using this hotel really there was big improvement from the first experience, even the noise. i like the fact that i could accomodate my family in one room without paying extra for extra bed, that the facility is in town closer to all the facilities and the friendlyness of the staff. well everything was fine,the stuff its so very friendly,the hotel is in the town,and nearest complex is Tramshed Hotel is about 600 metres to the complex. Checking in was easy & checking out was fast. Breakfast was a good selection. Within walking distance to inner city shopping centre for basics. it was homey and comfortable feel. the manager did her best to make amends for her staff's mistakes on our booking. loved the aircon. The hotel was clean and looked well-kept and the staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating! Great value for money!. Excellent value... I hope to stay there again and again. Very convenient and excellent reception and service. cook very understanding and able to make food according to the taste secondly reception very helpful. The staff were so friendly and really made us feel welome and breakfast was exceptional. The hospitality of the staff. The cleanliness of the hotel. The facilities offered. I could not use Internet as there were no vouchers available,however there is an Internet cafe close to the hotel. nothing. the chef need to revisit their breakfast menu,it was good ,but dry at least they need to have something like beans,chakalaka,sothing to add taste to those dry wors,fish fingers etc. Housekeeping arriving Saturday morning 08:30 to clean the room. Asked them to come back later, which they did. Stairway door at the end of first floor made a noise everytime someone used it, not to mention bathroom door of the room. the lift was out of order. the towels were too old and not enough fabric softener was used. the restaurant was too expensive with little variety of food. The air-con was a little noisy and the breakfast was a little pricey. Nothing. None. You could hear the people next door. Needed a small bar fridgeEasy. If you are not mobile its quite hard to get to your destiny other than that its cool. the blankets were not enough. Nothing negative i have picked up. Outside window view. None. nothing. The speedpoint is always not working and the staff always knock or come in your room in the mornings. Out of order lift. None. 1) Noise level at reception is too much and even the movement at the "restaurant" is too much. (Consider relocating the bar somewhere else, not next to the reception.). We didnt sleep completely and had to check out first thing in the morning to find accommodation elsewhere fortunately we found good accommodation at Holiday Inn Express. There was too much noise....in the neighboring rooms and I completely doubt if there is any form of sound proof in this room. I will never come back to this hotel and I will not recommend it to anyone. Not the easiest place to find. Not many restaurants nearby and easy to get to. Problems with internet prohibited me from doing what I needed to do, did not appear to be a high priority for this hotel. Also found the size of the room to be cramped. The staff are very rude when checking in. When checking in, had to remind them of their duties, as I was being ignored. The cleaning staff are very noisy in the mornings when cleaning the rooms. bed too small. The bed is not that comfortable. your buffet had was expensive yet there was limited food thay was served. there were no starters that wasva slad bar. there was only one desert which was malva pudding. for rooms u served ricoffy satchets instead of nescafe or ciro or something better. the cremora was fine because i like coffee creamer but really your food not good at all accept for the braai. i practically lost my three hundred rand on the second day of my stay there. i did not enjoy it at all. noise in the rooms from the outside lifts not working about 90%. - very noisy - there were people 'partying' in the hallway right outside our door all night - staff didn't respond to this complaint.
