Luxury hotel with great comfortable rooms. We had rooms at the 1st floor with the outdoor swimmingpool acces which was great. The hotel was very clean. Great localization - casino, big shopping and dinning area, beach, ocean just outside the hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Free indor parking with security. We had to check out at 5 am and we have received a breakfast bag from the hotel.

Very convenient for sporting events taking place across road, ideal for going out to supper as located right in the Boardwalk complex, rooms are lovely and spacious and have stunning sea view! Valet parking a treat and the gents were very efficient and courteous and made sure our car was washed and luggage arrived and was collected from room very speedily. I loved the decor of the hotel. The breakfast was excellent and the setting relaxing. Friendly and helpful staff. My partner and I had a lovely surprise to be offered free rugby tickets by the hotel! Absolutely fantastic! What a lovely experience! We will definitely go back to the Boardwalk. Warm Staff reception, elegantly designed rooms, and a delightful breakfast which is my reason for coming back again and again. Many other 4-5 star hotels charge similar, if not higher rates exclusive of breakfast. Thank you for giving my lovely wife a memorable birthday evening. Fantastic hotel. Welcoming, friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms and beautiful views of the beach and ocean. The breakfast buffet had so much variety but you could also request other items that might not be in the buffet - perfect!. Absolutely everything from the moment we stepped through the door. Staff exceptionally friendly, rooms wonderful and all sea-facing. The restaurant food was fantastic and well-priced. Every aspect of the service was world class. The interleading room concept that they have (two separate rooms, connected via a small, lockable hallway) is really good for families. The view is second to none. The Sunday buffet breakfast was excellent. We were upgraded to a suite after the type of room we had booked was not available. The suite was fantastic - spacious and luxurious - and we really enjoyed our stay. We had a great experience, the staff were really friendly. We will refer our friends and business associates to your hotel. The hotel experience was fantastic,the location exquisite,and the staff very friendly and helpful. I liked the relaxing atmosphere it gives whether in the bar the lounge, or the swimming area. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Rooms beautiful and public areas stunning. The staff at the hotel are extremely friendly and the facilities are first class. The hotel is luxurious and the staff is friendly and helpful. Everything. Eat in the restaurant, its world class. Hotel is fresh and comfortable. The spacious room and large bed. Rooms, food and restaurants. Service was very good. staff. Room was nice, restaurant was good, and concierge service was helpful in setting up a tour. The only thing that could be improved is the wifi. The connection was not good. The aircon heating system was not adequate or not user friendly. The circulation between warm and cold air was not perfect. It gave me blocked nose and head ache in the morning. I'm sure I might not be familiar with the settings. Having to leave. Nothing. Problems on checking in. We had specifically booked a room with a private balcony due to the sporting event taking place but we were told on arrival that this room was not available. We were taken to two other rooms which we refused to accept. We then left the hotel for a meeting and after a couple of hours and several phonecalls we were eventually upgraded. Can't think of anything!. There is nothing not to like about the hotel. Small things- bedside light not working, bulb not working in bathroom at make up station, curtain come loose from the railings at the corner and looked untidy. Bathroom counter not clean- make up on the granite surface. Just didn't expect this at this calabre hotel, but didn't detract from our stay. The breakfast is not as good as other local hotels and if you do not have a inclusive deal then I would recommend that you eat either at the pier restaurants or in the adjacent hotel. Although the hotel is very new it is already showing signs of wear and tear. The mini bar was not stocked upon arrival. This was however rectified withing the hour. There was nothing at all that I did not like. It was spectacular. When I arrived, I was surprisingly informed that my reservation had been cancelled --- why was this? None the less a room was eventually found for me. The rooms are not all that different can't justify the different prices charged. no bath robe. There should be an egg station within the breakfast dining area. I had to wait a long time for my eggs. The beds were to hard. smoking policy. No shower facilities in pool or gym. Spa staff not particularly helpful when I asked if I could use their shower after swimming. the WI-FI connection was not stable and one day it was off for four hours due to problems. Front desk reception staff was extremely rude and not helpful. Wifi was not good in the room at all, had to go down to lobby to even get a wifi connection. Lounge staff waitresses were busy texting on their phones, so not good service in the lobby lounge.
